Abstract: Description of warehouse of lidar sounding data of atmosphere parameters intended for distributed information system is given. Different variants of the warehouse construction are considered. It is shown the warehouse should be matched with the processing methods for the given subject domain. The user graphical interface of the information system client, which is obviously connected with the warehouse, is presented.
