Abstract: The origin mechanism of slow fluctuations of radio waves arrival angle behind radio horizon is considered. Description of a model for calculation of the fluctuations characteristics is given. Regularity estimates of arrival angle fluctuations of VHF behind radio horizon are presented on the basis of imitating experiment. The calculation results well agree with the published experimental data.
