Abstract: There is a new scheme of current pulse to an electric pulse welding generator on the basis of two-transformer combination converter (TTCC). We investigated the influence of parasitic circuit elements and the influence of the off-time of the TTCC power switches on the rate of current rise in the pulse formation.
