Abstract: There was written a short review of the HMC704LP4E phase-locked loop frequency synthesizer with ntegrated circuit from Hittite inc., phase noise estimation and the comparative analysis of the HMC704LP4E, ADF4153 and a hybrid multiloop synthesizer with use ADF4002.
