Method of expansion of square-law area of detecting diode detectors at the expense of the usage of several detector branches

Annotation: The article considers one of methods which allow to expand area of square-law detecting of a diode detector. The data of the experiment which was carried out according to the similar scheme is given in the paper; the analysis of experimental data is done, as well as the requirements for the realization of the device developed on the given scheme.
