Abstract: There was carried out the investigation of ultra wideband fixed attenuators in a range of frequencies from 0 to 50 GHz for three types of resistive film topology: rectangular, cross topology and cross slotted with a surface resistance of 50 and 100 ohms / sq. Their absolute reflectance and transmission were examined. We also studied an irregular resistive film.
