Abstract: It is shown that the angular resolution of signals in phase di-rection finders with antenna systems in the form of linear arrays of weakly directed elements is achieved by determining for each of the signals of its set of total phase differences lost during measurements. The common grounds for angular resolution are shown by the maximum likelihood and the “cosine summation” methods. The accuracy estimates of direction finding of a weaker signal of the two received.
