Nanosized memristor-based structures of copper chloride with a graphene sublayer

Annotation: Method of growing graphene layers under a thin copper film in the structure of Cu/SiO2 was developed in this work. The model of formation graphene films in these structures was proposed. One of the possible applications of these films in the form of thin conductive transparent electrodes to memristor was also shown.
