Annotation: The article considers the measurement system based on the digital signal conditioner that was developed by «MICRAN». The system is designed for full polarimetric sounding of radio wave propagation channels over two divergent paths by means of wide-band radio signals (up to 640 MHz). Its mobility and high energetic potential of transmitted signal make it possible to estimate characteristics of different radio channels at large distances. The high mutual coherence of sounding and reference (in receiver) signals enables to measure and record variations in time not only of frequency-response characteristics but phase response characteristics of signals as well.
