Possible damage assessment from an emergency situation without supply of resources during the process of its liquidation

Abstract: The article deals with preliminary cost estimation for resource support system. The model is offered which helps to estimate average total possible damage from an emergency in the situation of absence of resource supply during the process of its liquidation.
