Abstract: On the basis of analysis of existing control systems of knowledge are observed in the article, control systems requirements were formed. As existing systems do not fulfill to all necessary requirements completely, the system developing substantiation of the control of knowledge was done. Knowledge control methods being used in developed system are also observed in the article.
