Abstract: A variant submitted of qualitative improvement of educational programs at technical Universities, based on cooperation with organizations and companies. The example submitted of successful partnership of D-Link Company with Russian Universities. The author also tells about his scientific work related to research methods and algorithms for the coordinate-time determinations, based on the software simulator of measurement information.
