Abstract: In article the mathematical method and the compression algorithm of multidimensional time series, based on method of revealing structure is being considered. The method is related to cluster approaches based on graphs. Mathematical approach is approbated on analysis of multivariate time series of behavior of carbon dioxide concentration profiles for some districts of globe. The algorithm outputs and evaluation of precision operating performances of algorithm are presented.
