The usage of Kalman's filtration device in estimating polarization anisotropy of moisture targets by radar method

Abstract: In this article we discuss the questions about the algorithm creation for estimation of polarization anisotropy of moisture targets. The algorithm is based on the theory of Kalman's filtration on the assumption of the fact that the measurement noises are described by the distribution law different from the normal one.
