Abstract: The method of analysis and modeling of the radio engineering devices has been offered. According to indemnification theorem, nonlinear elements are replaced with the sources of a current or an EMP. By using a method of consecutive approximates the decision of a scheme has been found. For example the scheme of the amplifier cascade on SFET was taken.
