Abstract: The aspects of technical universities graduates’ innovative mind formation are considered. Onthological and logic-methodological points are touched upon. G.S. Altshuller’s ideas and N.A. Vasiliev’s imagined logic are used to decide innovation technological tasks. The research is carried out using contemporary material of nuclear power stations modeling and designing.
